If there is something you don't want to do, don't try to get yourself to want to do it, just acknowledge that you don't want to do it, and do it anyway. Your reluctance isn’t something that needs to be eradicated or transformed into positivity.
Better off getting the hardest stuff done in the first two hours of the day.
If you have a real problem with embarrassment, you should deliberately embarrass yourself in order to bring your beliefs about how terrible that would be into direct confrontation with reality.
