Shiny beautiful day

Erica just left with Hugo. Off to school. Went for a run this morning. Been a while. Work is going well. Busy.

Another shiny beautiful day. Remember this in June & July when you're grumbling about the cold and fog.

Tried to meditate earlier - epic fail! I know you're not supposed to judge, but it was so not-even-close to anything resembling a quieted mind. I'd rather play drums - groove to a James Brown song - that's more meditative to me than trying not to think about anything.
