JULY 2017

Had a session with S today. He asked me if I cry, which I thought was interesting & surprising, and lead to a conversation about the psyche and the need for release of sorrow. Loss, sadness and grief are a part of life; if they are not given voice they damage us. He went through intense therapy - months of going deep into the darkness.
