Trying to get quiet enough to hear myself

I've seen three different old men now walking around Kensington with transistor radios. Very cute.

My right knee hurts a little from doing sit-ups, which doesn't make much sense.

The Marsh show is coming up. I have a rehearsal tomorrow with Mark and I don't feel excited about it in any way. Not sure why.
