Reached the limit

Went on a run this morning. First time since last summer? 
I would like to get a prize, or some points or something.

Signs that you might be a little obsessive: you send so many tests of a Mailchimp campaign that they cut you off: "You have reached the limit..."

This is a recurring question for me: I have so much, I am so lucky - shouldn't I be doing more to help others?
